Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rello's platform at hellorello.app and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rello ("we," "us," or "our").
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Rules for Using the Service

SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following SMS/text messaging terms:
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages from Rello:
- Account verification and security codes
- Appointment and scheduling reminders
- Lead and transaction activity notifications
- Service updates and important announcements
- Marketing and promotional messages (if you opt in)
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and settings. You may receive up to 10 messages per week. Promotional messages are limited to 4 messages per month unless you adjust your preferences.
Costs and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. Rello does not charge for SMS messages, but you are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected] or by adjusting your notification settings in your account.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
- Provide accurate and complete billing information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Notify us of any changes to your payment information
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by Rello and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.
Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL RELLO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rello and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) Your Content.
Account Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Extended period of inactivity
- Request by law enforcement or government agency
- Discontinuation of the Service
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated data. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of Your Content after termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
General Provisions
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rello.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
